1. CONCEPTS USED ​​IN THE SERVICE

2. SUBJECT OF THIS AGREEMENT

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
   1. The Service undertakes:
      • to fully ensure all obligations to the Partner and the End User in accordance with the conditions stipulated in this Agreement, from the moment this Agreement is concluded. Non-fulfillment of obligations by the Service may arise in the event of force majeure.

   4. The Partner undertakes:

   5. The end user undertakes:
      • before the conclusion of the Agreement, to familiarize himself with its content;
      • be fully responsible for the results of using the offers provided by the Services;
5. PERIOD OF VALIDITY, PROCEDURE FOR TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT AND RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
   1. The validity of the Agreement is determined by the period of its presence on the Service website http://waretizer.pw
   2. This Agreement may be terminated by agreement of the parties.
   3. Each of the parties has the right to early terminate the Agreement unilaterally by notifying the other party by e-mail 30 (thirty) days prior to the expected date of termination of the Agreement.
   4. The Service has all the powers to terminate the Agreement unilaterally with Partners who violate the terms of this Agreement and the Rules.
   5. All disputes and disagreements arising between the Service and the Partner, which cannot be resolved based on this Agreement, shall first be attempted to be settled through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the disputes shall then be submitted to mediation. If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, the matter may then be referred to arbitration, in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules and procedures.
   6. To resolve technical issues when determining the Partner's guilt as a result of his illegal actions, such as: violation of the Rules and (or) other conditions of this Agreement, the Service reserves the right to independently engage competent organizations as experts.
   7. The claim procedure for resolving disputes is mandatory. The deadline for responding to a claim is set within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of its receipt by e-mail a@waretizer.pw
   8. The Service does not take part in possible disagreements and disputes (including legal ones) between the Partner and the End User.
